One quick shot as I arrived at Dover Castle during a storm in June 2021 before the heavens opened. The lightning strike was so bright I initially thought the photo could not be salvaged as all the highlights appeared to be blown out. I just about clawed it back, although every speck of dust, dirt and water on my lens and sensor could be seen highlighted. A bit of character in this, which I like, but far from being the cleanest, sharpest image. Savage conditions for photography as the wind whistled through and rain came down like stair rods!
